Evan Breslow and Matt Breslow are two brothers who recreated their childhood photographs as a present for their mother. Their first recreated photo was taken in 2012 and was shown to their mother as a surprise. She loved it so much that the brothers recreated more of their childhood photographs just 3 years later. The original pictures from their childhoods were taken almost 30 years ago.
Matt claimed his mother laughed and smiled hard when she saw the pictures. It brought back a lot of nostalgic feelings and memories from those times. However, it was a lot of hard work for the brothers to conduct this project. They had to find adult clothes that were like the clothes they wore as children in those older pictures. This forced them to search thrift stores, and online auction websites to find the right clothes. In some instances, they created their own clothes.
