Balthasar Neumann also emphasized the use of the rotunda (circular plan) as a central feature of his churches like Basilica of the Foruteen Holy Helpers (aka Vierzehnheiligen) and Neresheim Abbey.
One of the last works of Neumann was the Basilica of St. Paulinus in Trier. Its interior design mostly belongs to Neumann.
