There was a terrifying wooden bridge present in China that was constructed previously. It got a facelift as it was upgraded to a glass bridge. This makes it the world’s longest glass-bottomed walkway and is constructed in Shiniuzhai Geopark located in Hunan, that is spread for 300 m and is constructed at a height of 180 m above the ground. The bridge is constructed using double-layered glass and is 24mm thick, making it 25 times stronger when compared to the typical window glasses present.
The old bridge was made of wood and was responsible for linking two peaks of the Stone Buddha Mountain. It took 11 engineers who were working for 12 hours a day to finally get done with the bridge. If you thought you were brave enough, it is about time to retrospect by crossing this bridge, where you get to look down and realize that the land is far away!
