Can You Believe A House Was Built In Just 6 Hours & Only Cost $33,000?

Italian Renato Vidal has come up with a brilliant idea for traditional housing in a world where real estate has shot through the roof in prices. Known as the M.A.Di. House, this is a flat-folding house that will only cost $33,000 and can be assembled in 6 hours by 3 people!

This incredible invention is seismically safe and has been created with excellent quality materials. All basic models include a bathroom, kitchen, staircase, and technical installations. It comes in different sizes that range from a 290sq.ft model for $33,000 to a 904sq.ft model for $73,000.

On the M.A.Di site, the house can be constructed without a foundation. The structures can be completely constructed and ready to go with a gray-water system, solar panels, and LED lighting.  These homes provide a cozy and safe place that is also wide open for customization, depending on your needs. Actually delivery will take place 60 days from the time the final drawing has been accepted.
