A native of Magadan, a port city based in North-East Russia, Ivan is a mining engineer based in Chukotka. Once he is done with his work hours or whenever he is free, he finds his ideal break by going on hikes that are not accessible easily and exploring wildlife in its truest form.

He captures images of bears, reindeers, wolves, stoats, and all other wildlife present in the region. But he is always fascinated by the sight of foxes and says that they are the most cooperative animals when it comes to photography. Apparently, foxes come too close to the camera and he gets a chance to shoot them with wide-angle and telephoto lenses, to obtain the best quality images.
