Yoga Studio Invites Shelter Cats To Do Yoga And Helps Them Find Homes

Cats are masters of movement. Their poise, agility and flexibility is astounding. But there is another thing about cats that you’re probably also aware of. Cats are the most popular thing on the internet. That means that when you do something with a cat in your video or photo, it’s likely to go viral. Nobody can get enough of the furry little creatures. Homeward Bound social media volunteer Jeanette Skaluba decided to use this to her advantage, and created a video of a cat sitting on her shoulder which went viral. (We told you that anything with cats would succeed.) The Homeward Bound animal shelter sent six cats to go and take part in a yoga class at Connies, in a bid to endear them to people and help them find new homes.
