An artist from Ukraine, Alexey Kondakov, brought in a fusion of the past and present by using various characters from classic paintings in the modern day world. He made use of photoshop to insert classic images from the past in photos clicked in the present day world. Known as The Daily Life of Gods, the subtle coloring and soft lines help in blending ancient characters perfectly with the modern day happenings. The artist said that he was inspired by having a look at the series of painting by Caeser van Everdingen, and said that by having a look at it, he was able to see how these heroes would perfectly blend in with the modern world. By incorporating various factors and by drawing inspirations from artists from all over the world, Alexey Kondakov has come up with some of the most brilliant paintings and says that the rich history in the field of art continues to inspire him for all his present and future works.
